Shipments

How can I track my shipment after the show has closed?

We will send an email with your tracking number. However, if you still need this information please contact us.

I shipped my Freedom Shipment back to my office and I realized it needs to go to another location instead.  Can you redirect the shipment for me?

Yes, however please keep in mind there will be an additional charge for this service.

Invoices

I can’t find my final invoice. How do I get one?

 Please email help@nexxtshow.com and we will be happy to send you your final account statement.

Material Handling Service Fees

Why was I charged the higher rate for Material Handling?

Billing on Material Handling can vary from show to show, so please login to your account, go to the Shipping & Handling tab, and click on Material Handling Services to get the show specifics. Please be aware that in the following instances your freight could be charged additional handling:

  • Your shipping carrier charges by space used (cubic foot)
  • If you are shipping in loose items, carpet,  or padding
  • Your shipment is stacked
