Where’s my stuff?

Where do I pick up my registration badges?

Badges are available at the registration area. If you need help finding this location please stop by the NexxtShow Service Center.

I ordered a table 15 minutes ago. How long does this usually take?

It is usually brought out within an hour. Sometimes it takes less time and sometimes longer. Check in with us at the NexxtShow Service Center, and we would be happy to give you an update.

How do I get help?

When I get to show site, where can I order tables, chairs, and carpet or additional labor services?

You can order additional items and labor at show site by contacting your Nexxt Service representative or going to the NexxtShow Service Center.

What do I do with my empty boxes / containers / crates after I am unpacked?

What steps do I need to take to remove my empty boxes / containers / crates etc. from my booth area?

Please stop by the NexxtShow Service Center and pick up your empty storage colored labels. Each area of the show floor is color coded.

Please write your booth number and company name on these labels, place them on your empties and move the containers to the aisle. They will be automatically picked up and stored until the end of the show.

How long do I have to wait until my empties are returned to me at the close of the show? Do you offer an early return service?

Every show is different depending on many factors. A Nexxt Service representative can give you an estimated delivery time. Or, an option that must be arranged during the move in is accessible storage and indicate that you want your containers back first.

Accessible Storage

How much does accessible storage cost?

Accessible storage consists of a set up fee and a daily fee based on square footage used. In addition, each time you access the storage area, a labor fee will be incurred.

Cleaning/Booth Vacuuming

I have a 10’x10’ booth space and I want to use my own vacuum. Is this okay?

No, using your own vacuum is not allowed for any size booth. Please check with us to see who the show vendor is for cleaning, or simply order online in the Exhibitor Marketplace™.

I have some trash to get rid of from setting up / dismantle. Should I leave it in the aisle?

Yes, leave small items that you want to throw away in the aisle in front of your booth labeled “Trash” before and after the show, and we will dispose of them for you.

I have a flight to catch, what do I need to do to get out of here?

What steps do I need to take at the end of the show?

Stop by the NexxtShow Service Center any time to settle your bill, pick up your Outbound Material Handling Form, and arrange any dismantle labor.

What is an Outbound Material Handling Form and where do I get it?

An Outbound Material Handling Form can be picked up at the NexxtShow Service Center and it allows your freight to leave the show floor and loaded on to your carrier of choice. Please don’t forget to label your freight, as well. If you did not bring your own labels, we have them available at the NexxtShow Service Center.

 Do you contact my shipping company to make arrangements for pickup?

We provide a show carrier that will be on site and we will seamlessly arrange the pickup. If you choose a different shipping company, you will need to contact them and arrange for a pickup.
