Ordering

Can I fax my order in to you?

We do not have any forms available to fill out and fax in. Our Exhibitor Marketplace™ is a simple online ordering system, similar to what you would use to order a pair of shoes online. However, if you need personal assistance please feel free to contact us.

I know that your ordering system is strictly an online experience, but is there a way that I can print and save a some of the information for future use?

Yes, there are pages you can save as a PDF from our website or you can email us at help@nexxtshow.com and we can send you the pages you request.

Where do I order furnishings such as tables, chairs, and carpeting on your website?

Once you login, go to the “Products and Services” tab, then click on the category (“Furnishings”, etc.) to view items available for your show.

I need to order booth labor, sign hanging, and a forklift. Where do I find these services?

Once you login, go to the “Products and Services” tab, then click on the category (“Labor” ) to view services available for your show.

I placed my order online and now I need to make changes. How do I do this?

Please email us at help@nexxtshow.com with your changes.

Where can I find a list of the vendors for the show or more information about other services like electrical, AV, floral, or catering?

Once you login, go to the “Show Info” tab, then click on the Key Contact List shown on the right side of the page. If you do not see the vendor there, you can always take a look under the “Products & Services” tab to find them there as well.

Where is the show timing schedule?

Once you login, go to the “Show Info” tab, then click on “At a Glance ” shown on the right side of the page.

Payments

Can I pay by check or wire?

Yes, if you would like to pay by check or wire please contact us for assistance.

My company is tax exempt. Do you need my tax exempt certificate?

Yes, we will need your tax exempt certificate on file. Please email your certificate to help@nexxtshow.com.

Using an EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor)

I plan on using another company to install & dismantle my booth. Is there an EAC form that I can fill out?

There are no forms to complete. However, you will need to login to the Exhibitor Marketplace and provide us with information. Once logged in, click on the “My Account” tab, select “Manage” located under EAC, and then fill out the contractor’s name and the services they will provide.

You can also upload the certificate of insurance in that area or email it directly to help@nexxtshow.com.

Using a Third Party

I am using another company to help me plan and organize my booth for the show. Do they need their own login?

Yes, please contact us for a separate login.

Registration/Badges

I need to register my employees for the event. How do I do that?

Registration is handled through Show Management. Please check the show management website for more details.

Shipping

I need to ship my materials to the event. Does it matter what carrier I use?

No, you may use whatever carrier you would like.

What is Freedom Shipping™?

Freedom Shipping™ is our all inclusive shipping service. This service includes the following: shipment to the advanced warehouse, storage fees, material handling charges, and shipment back to your destination at the end of the show.

When can I ship to the advanced warehouse?

Shipments to the advance warehouse will be received approximately 30 days prior to the show. The specific dates shipments can be received can be found by clicking on the  ”Shipping and Handling” tab, then click on “Inbound Shipping Addresses and Labels”.

Can I ship to the advanced warehouse after the deadline date?

Yes, you can. However, please keep in mind that there will be a late to warehouse fee. In addition, sending past the deadline date may delay your freight in getting to your booth.

When can I ship direct to the show?

The specific dates shipments can be received direct to show site can be found by clicking on the  ”Shipping and Handling” tab, then click on “Inbound Shipping Addresses and Labels”.

Do you provide advance and direct shipping labels?

Yes. Labels can be found by clicking on the  ”Shipping and Handling” tab, then click on “Inbound Shipping Addresses and Labels”. Please be sure to chose the appropriate label (either advance warehouse or direct to show site).

Material Handling

What is material handling?

Material handling is the “handling” of your freight once your carrier delivers it to either the advance warehouse or direct to the show’s location. The carriers are not allowed to unload their trucks. Material handling includes unloading the shipping company’s truck, moving your materials to your booth with a forklift, storage of your empty containers once you have set up your booth, and then providing the same service at the end of the show.

I don’t see a material handling form on your website. How do I order this service?

We do not require you to fill out a form for this service. We will automatically receive your freight at either our advanced warehouse or show site. Once received charges will be applied to your invoice.

Invoices

When will my final invoice be available?

Invoices take several days after the show to finalize. Please email help@nexxtshow.com if you are in need of your statement

Shipping

I used Freedom Shipping™ for my shipment. How do I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you. If you do not see please call us or send us an email and we will provide it to you.
